Traveling with pets to USA?

REQUIREMENTS:

1. PET HEALTH CERTIFICATE: ORIGINAL AND COPY B / W

Valid for 7 days, signed and stamped by a registered veterinarian at SENESCYT. Attach a copy of Veterinary's record from Senescyt.

(It should be emphasized that the certification makes mention of deworming against ECHINOCOCCUS SPP as well as must be counted that the pet is in good health. It should also show that the pet does not show signs of BARRENADOR WORM)

2. VACCINE CARNET: ORIGINAL AND COPY B / W

Dates and marks of vaccines and deworming internal and external.

3. INVOICE OF PAYMENT OF RIGHTS: $ 26.20 For each pet
